Test
We’ve tested the Privateinternetaccess speed on our optical fiber connection in the Netherlands.
From there we conducted a series of speed tests, as showed in the graph and table underneath.
When switching to a VPN in our country, there was only a small difference in ping, download and upload speed. Our ping and download/upload speed did take a hit when we switched to VPN servers in countries further away from our physical location.

Using Privateinternetaccess in the same country we could browse the internet without any noticeable delay.
Gaming, watching Netflix and downloading torrents was no problem at all.
When switched to different countries, logically our ping went up as the distance to our test server increased but we still managed to maintain decent download and upload speeds at further distances.
